Your Project Journey

From Inquiry to Immune Fingerprint

Five phases connect your research question to a fully analyzed, QC-validated immune profile on Pennsieve.

1

Connect With Us

Reach out through our short inquiry form. We'll schedule an introductory call to talk through your research and how we can help.

2

Intake & Agreement

Submit your study details. We review scope, discuss objectives, and formalize a User Agreement.

3

Sample Processing

Blood draw, PBMC isolation, and sample prep – standardized SOPs with chain-of-custody tracking.

4

CyTOF & Analysis

MDIPA staining, CyTOF acquisition, EQ normalization, automated gating, and QC.

5

Dashboard & Delivery

Track progress in real time. FCS files, QC reports, and Tier 1 analysis on your Pennsieve dashboard.

Partnership Opportunities

We work with academic institutions, biotech, and pharma partners to advance immune profiling research. If you're exploring a collaboration that leverages our standardized pipeline and 4,000+ patient dataset, we'd welcome a conversation.

The Science Team

Expertise Behind the Pipeline

Every sample is handled by specialists who've collectively built and validated the profiling platform across thousands of patients.

AG
Allie Greenplate, PhD
Director - Immune Health
Architect of the Institute for Immunology and Immune Health immune profiling platform – she pioneered the use of mass cytometry for deep profiling of clinical samples and scaled the standardized pipeline from early concept to 4,000+ patient visits. Now drives strategic partnerships across pharma, biotech, and academia, shaping the scientific direction of cross-institutional collaborations.
JW
Joost Wagenaar, PhD
Data Management – Pennsieve
Creator of the Pennsieve data platform at Penn – he leads the data infrastructure connecting FCS files, clinical metadata, and provenance tracking across every Immune Health cohort, and builds the same backbone for several large-scale NIH programs.
JW
E. John Wherry, PhD
Director - Institute for Immunology and Immune Health
Pioneer of T-cell exhaustion – his lab defined how T-cell responses become attenuated in chronic infection and cancer, and helped reveal how checkpoint molecules like PD-1 can reinvigorate exhausted T cells against tumors. He founded I3H to bring that same systems-immunology lens to patient care, and sets its scientific direction while leading the Colton Center for Autoimmunity and the international Colton Consortium.
